Bodrum Discover Scuba Dive

In this half-day program for non-diving participants, the diving boat usually departs from the center around 9 a.m. at Gümbet or Bodrum; some centres only provide services from hotels at Gümbet. At the meeting, the health statement form is filled out, the equipment measurement is taken and the instructor explains the basic rules, signs and pressure balancing. The boat reaches protected dive points around Karaada in about 20–30 minutes. The exploration diving is done under the supervision of the instructor, the depth is usually limited to 5–6 meters and the diving time is around 25–30 minutes; some packages include a second diving. The boat returns from 13:30 p.m. Equipment and instructor fees are included in the price; food, drinks and underwater photography can also be charged depending on the centre. No certificate is required; the minimum age limit varies from center to center, and the approval of a guardian may be requested for a person under the age of 18. Those with heart, lungs or ear disorders should consult a doctor first, not plan a flight on the day of the diving. Work will be carried out in May–@4@@.
